We’re Brandon and Melissa Palm, co-founders of Clever, LLC. We are a husband-and-wife duo who recently relocated to Greenville, SC from Southwest Florida. We are blessed with four beautiful daughters, all named after a flower, which was the inspiration behind the design of our new logo. We live in the North Main neighborhood along with our mini goldendoodle, Duke. Three of our daughters attend Stone Academy Elementary and our oldest daughter is attending Joffrey Ballet School in NYC, to pursue her love of dance. In our home we are followers of Jesus and we attend and serve at Elevation Church, the Greenville campus. We love spending time in Greenville’s charming downtown and enjoy cooking, camping and hiking in the beautiful Upstate.

Back in Florida we owned and operated a remodeling company. Together we have designed and renovated hundreds of luxury properties and spaces. What set our company apart from competitors was that we also manufactured closet systems and custom cabinetry with our own cabinet shop, while designing and curating selections from our own design showroom. In late 2021 we sold our remodeling business, cabinet shop and showroom and said goodbye to Florida’s sandy beaches, to embark on a new adventure with our family. The development and concept behind Clever, LLC started with us reviewing our previous business operations and taking an inventory of our professional strengths. We knew that in our future we wanted to simplify things and refine our focus. We are going back to our roots and what we know best and love most. We love helping our clients solve the problem of inadequate storage, wasted space and the challenge of a difficult floorplan.

Clever, LLC is launching in the Fall of 2023 and will specialize in custom closet systems, cabinetry and Hunter Douglas window treatments. We look forward to creating clever spaces here in Greenville.
